In the via Ardaro 45h (the 5th - penultimate - of 6 terraced houses, in the 1st Stock) in 38066 Riva del Garda

In the city you walk only a few, a few minutes (8 min.), where you will also find everything else (grocery stores, boutiques, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). Also the extensive beach is not far away (15 minutes walk).
Children's equipment: travel cot, children's tableware (plates, cutlery and cups), dining chair and side-out protection.
Pets are not allowed.

In the 1. Floor - directly at the staircase, next to our garage - is our Emma's Riva-Dream, in a small terraced house settlement, not far from the junction direction Limone sul Garda, Campione etc. - towards the south!

You can expect a living-dining area with kitchen (oven, induction ceramic hob, dishwasher, various utensils for cooking, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine and kettle), a new, extendible couch (with thick, comfortable mattress) and a 32-inch TV with international channels (cable and SAT).

Your bedroom includes the double bed and a full-fledged single bed each with allergy mattress and also anti-allergic beds and upholstery with cotton bedding.
If necessary, we will also arrange a travel cot for your baby.
